What we collect & why (purposes + lawful basis)
- Enquiries / contact forms: name, contact details, message → to respond and keep records. Basis: Contract (pre-contract steps) or Legitimate interests (running our business).
- Newsletter/marketing opt-ins: name, email → to send updates. Basis: Consent (you can withdraw anytime).
- Website security and logs: IP/device info → to keep our site secure. Basis: Legitimate interests.

Who we share with
Service providers acting under contract (e.g., website host, IT, analytics where consented). Public bodies where required by law (e.g., HMRC). We don’t sell personal data.
International transfers
If suppliers are outside the UK, we use approved safeguards (UK IDTA/Addendum to SCCs).
How long we keep data
- Enquiries: usually up to 24 months after last contact.
- Marketing: until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity.
- Security logs: typically 12 months.

Your rights
